1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between z777x (referred to as "z777x", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual who registers, accesses, browses, or uses the z777x website and associated services (referred to as "you", "the User", or "the Player").

By creating a z777x account, clicking "I Agree" during registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the z777x platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the z777x platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and z777x. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on z777x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. z777x enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any stage.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or casino services of this nature are prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of z777x, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from z777x or any affiliated platform.
• You must not have had a prior z777x account closed for Terms violations.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only on the z777x platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. z777x uses this information for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Providing false or misleading information is a grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. z777x will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify z777x immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

z777x processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — Instant deposits and withdrawals (typically within 15 minutes)
• EasyPaisa — Instant deposits and withdrawals (typically within 15 minutes)
• HBL — Bank transfer, typically same business day
• UBL — Bank transfer, typically same business day
• Meezan Bank — Bank transfer, typically same business day
• Visa / Mastercard — Subject to card issuer processing times

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. z777x reserves the right to refuse deposits or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC verification.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. z777x does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own charges. z777x has no control over or liability for third-party fees.

z777x reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Where bonus funds have been credited to your account, withdrawal of associated winnings is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

z777x offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all z777x promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your z777x bonus wallet and must be wagered before conversion to real money.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in total bets).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited once the expiry date passes.
• z777x reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed in good faith, the original terms at the time of claim will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

z777x offers a range of gaming products including slot games, live casino, cricket betting (including PSL and international cricket), instant games (including West Hunter Bingo and 3 Gods Fishing), and table games. Each product category may have its own supplementary rules which are published within the relevant section of the platform.

All game outcomes on z777x are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by live dealer procedures for live casino titles. z777x does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

In sports and cricket betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. z777x does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of obvious system error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, z777x's sports betting rules will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over. These rules are published in the sportsbook section.
• z777x reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error in odds has occurred. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed prior to bet placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z777x platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (including using a family member's or friend's account on your behalf)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or game malfunctions for financial gain
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures (known as "bonus abuse" or "gnoming")
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a method of fraudulent withdrawal
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of crime through the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing z777x support staff or other platform users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or z777x's internal systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the z777x platform — including but not limited to the z777x brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of z777x or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z777x platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any z777x content without prior written permission from z777x.

9. Limitation of Liability

z777x provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While z777x makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z777x shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from network interruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment processor failures
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any actions taken by z777x in good faith pursuant to its AML, KYC, or fraud prevention obligations
• Losses resulting from changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements that affect z777x's ability to offer certain services

Nothing in these Terms shall limit z777x's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

z777x takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or as a solution to financial difficulties.

z777x provides all registered users with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Loss Limits — Cap how much you can lose over a given period
• Session Time Limits — Receive notifications after a set period of play and be logged out automatically
• Reality Checks — Regular on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net result
• Cool-Off Period — Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account with no option to re-register for a specified minimum period

11. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your z777x account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

z777x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from licensing authorities

Where an account is closed by z777x due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. z777x is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure in cases involving fraud investigations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

z777x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, z777x will provide advance notice via email to registered users and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the z777x platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z777x holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, z777x encourages players to first contact the support team to seek an amicable resolution. The majority of account and payment disputes can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 live chat service. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under z777x's gaming licence.
